Terms and Conditions for Business Coaching Courses

Welcome to ExecCoachaso.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment in our Business Coaching courses and outline your rights and responsibilities when engaging with our services.

1. Course Registration

To secure your place in any of our Business Coaching programs, you must complete the registration form. All fields are mandatory. Submissions are processed in the order received and you will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of registration. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayNow. Course fees must be paid in Singapore Dollars (SGD). If payment is not received within 7 days of registration, your seat may be released.

3. Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Full Refund: Request must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before course commencement.
• Partial Refund: If you withdraw between 7 and 13 days before the start date, a 50% refund of the course fee will be issued.
• No Refund: Withdrawals made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for any refund.

To initiate a refund, please email our support team with your registration details and banking information. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. ExecCoachaso.com reserves the right to deduct any non-recoverable transaction fees from your refund amount.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including presentations, worksheets, and videos, are the intellectual property of ExecCoachaso.com. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any material without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

ExecCoachaso.com and its coaches will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation in our courses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in course fees.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and will apply to future registrations.
